Welcome to The Unbroken Man Project.
There is a calling on men to hold the line, endure, and be unwavering in the face of evil. There is a calling for us to stand up, be bold, and not refrain from speaking the truth. We are called to fill many roles, maintain many responsibilities, and remain calm in the chaos.
Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
The Unbroken Man Project is about standing together as men—UNBROKEN by the stigmas that make us feel inferior. It’s time to reject the toxic silence and unhealthy anger that hold us back. Here, we share our stories, build genuine fellowship, and grow stronger in key areas of life:

About Us
Welcome to The Unbroken Man Project, where we confront the reality of male brokenness. Here, we acknowledge the emotional and mental struggles that many men face as they strive to live out their God-given purpose amidst the pressures of modern masculinity. Society often encourages men to hide their emotions, avoid vulnerability, and handle challenges alone, leading to silent suffering and strained relationships—both with themselves, others, and God.
From a young age, men are taught to be strong and stoic, often seeing emotions as weaknesses instead of gifts from God that deepen our connections and faith. This overwhelming expectation of self-reliance can make men feel isolated as if turning to others—or God—for help is not an option. Adding to this challenge is the influence of toxic masculinity, with its emphasis on aggression, dominance, and lack of empathy. Such a mindset fosters brokenness, further distancing men from God’s desire for them to lead lives grounded in love, compassion, and purpose.
The consequences of this brokenness are real and profound. Men who struggle alone often face increased risks of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. Many engage in harmful behaviors and experience isolation, which erodes their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being.
The path to healing begins with a willingness to challenge these patterns and embrace vulnerability, recognizing it as a strength rooted in Christ's example. Through faith, men can understand that God calls them courageous and compassionate. As we seek to model ourselves after Jesus, who demonstrated empathy and connection, we find that asking for help is not a sign of weakness but wisdom and strength.
Each of us has a role in supporting this journey of restoration. By listening to the men in our lives, providing safe spaces for open dialogue, and reinforcing that God values our hearts as much as our actions, we can help dismantle the barriers that contribute to male brokenness.
Join us at The Unbroken Man Project as we work to build a future where men find strength through vulnerability, and where emotional and mental health are cherished as much as physical strength, all in alignment with God’s purpose for us. Together, we strive to restore, reconnect, and rebuild a vision of masculinity rooted in faith, compassion, and courage.
